I will just start off by saying, I have never had to sell a house before.

My mom passed away (in a long term care centre) so I had to prepare to sell our family home of almost 70 years. I had no idea where to begin!!

I met Lynda through another company (Relocate Stress Free) that I was working with. I felt an instant connection with her as soon as we met. She was so personable, kind, a great listener and easy to talk to. She took her time and explained the whole process to us.

As we got the house ready to sell,

I recently purchased a townhouse with the help of Lynda. Lynda is great to work with, she is very personable and does an excellent job of making sure you understand all of the steps and requirements through the whole process from viewing properties to closing a deal. When viewing properties she would often ask questions regarding what I thought about certain features so she could narrow down what was important to me when looking for other properties. She was also the best resource for all the other people or services I might need, everything from lawyer and movers to locksmiths and painters. She truly goes above and beyond and I would definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends.

So we weren’t really looking to buy, but my wife saw one of Lynda’s properties at an open house. The house was beautifully staged and we fell in love. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Lynda as she went above and beyond to help us through the sale of our home. Our family has used other realtors before in prior sales/purchases and Lynda outshines all of them. We selected our floor specialist and we all met together with Lynda to select from 3 options the best color to match the granite. From then on it was in Lynda’s hands. There are many different circumstances of someone buying or selling a home. A first time home buyer, a young family growing their family but in my case it was because of the recent passing of my husband. Lynda took the time to walk me through every little detail of the process, she listened while I cried and gave me great advice during closing. Lynda seems to have a sixth sense about knowing her clients needs and I would recommend her a 1,000 times over.

At every stage her advice was flawless and led to a very convenient and fast sequence of events. We are seniors who had lived in the same house for 49 years and my husband is frail.
